Clamshell Studios LLC (“Clamshell Studios,” “we”) has established the following Refund Policy:

Website Hosting Fees

Payment(s) made to Clamshell Studios for Website Hosting are 100% refundable if a refund request is made, in writing, within 30 days of account creation. Refund requests MUST be mailed to: Customer Service, Clamshell Studios LLC, 32 Davids Lane, Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. Website Hosting fees are non-refundable after 30 days of account creation. Website Hosting accounts are non-transferable.

Domain Registration Fees

Payment(s) made to Clamshell Studios for Domain Registration are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Website Hosting Setup Fees

Payment(s) made to Clamshell Studios for Website Hosting Setup are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Qualification

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.

Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.
